FEES

Our Medical Centre is a mixed billing clinic. There may be out of pocket fee when making appointment with some doctors. Please confirm with receptionist the gap fee charged by the doctor. (schedule A or B as detailed below).

Billing Changes effective from 1st March 2026:

1.  Concession Card & Pension Card Holders:  Most Doctors at this practice offer Bulk billing. Please confirm with the reception
           

2.  Children under 16 yrs. of age: Shall be bulk billed by most doctors at this practice. Please confirm with the receptionist before making an appointment 

3.   Medicare Card Holder (without any Pension card or Health Care Card): Shall be privately billed by all Doctors at this practice  
      (Average out of Pocket Fee of $36.10 shall apply). Please note this may vary with few Doctors where it could be up to $49.60.
 

4.   Walk in Patients (i.e those without any appointment): Shall incur Private Fee, as listed in item 3 above, on weekdays &
      weekends. This shall apply to children/Pensioners/ HCC holders. Please contact the reception for further information.

Please Register your Bank details with Medicare for Easyclaim (to claim the Medicare rebate on the spot).

Please note Bulk Billing doesn't apply to " walk In" patients .

Patients are charged a small out of pocket fee for all procedures performed in the Surgery. This is a minimum charge to cover the costs of dressing, sutures etc., used for these procedures and any aftercare will be inclusive of this fee.

IUD (Mirena/ Copper T) insertion, MTOP (Medical Termination) & Iron Infusion incur Out of Pocket Fee. Please call reception for further information.
